i sometimes miss the specialties

of the city

i sometimes miss being

anonymous

i sometimes miss having

everything at my fingertips

but the things i don’t miss is

the pity of not being able to

afford cigarettes

i sometimes miss

the hustle and the bustle

and the busy perception of time

i sometimes miss

the people who made me feel unworthy

but i think thats just an anxious attachment.
