Refund policy

Returns and refunds are product dependant.

For damaged items a replacement or 50% refund may be offered depending on the circumstance of how the item was damaged or why a refund or return may be requested. 

Paintings and commissions are non-refundable. 

Commission policies are outlined in their own singular contract dependant on artwork and agreed to prior to the commencement of said works.
