"you are not to be forgotten, so i shall place you on my book shelf.
for when i wake i witness you in the suns early morning rays
and by night i am tucked in by the whispers read within.
i will be reminded that for as long as i see you i will smile for i had known you."

it's more than art.
Periscope
My latest solo exhibition composed through my observations of reflected light.
A periscope. is a device that utilises mirrors and light reflections to view it's subject. Like the Periscope, this exhibition explored the idea that we also use our context to inform what we see.
This body of work prompted the audience to consider their reflections in tandem with these paintings.

Stained Gaze
Stained Gaze is an A3 sized oil painting on board. This painting was a part of my first solo exhibition Periscope. Stained Gaze was based off of an image I took of a stained glass window that overlooked an old hall. As the round lights refracted off the windows surface it created a feeling as though you were seeing a glimpse of a separate reality.
This is the last available piece of the show available to purchase.
Shipping is included in the price of the painting.
