Twilight Dreamer

Twilight Dreamer is an A5 hand printed linocut. Each piece is printed using an oil based ink. As I print these by hand and the nature of linocut, no two pieces will print the exact same, making each one unique.

I have always been a human who will wish on shooting stars. One of my fondest memories was on a night where I asked the sky to show me a double shooting star as a reply to my greatest wish. Of course, I cannot tell you what I wished for, if I do, it may not come true. The story is as follows; as I sat beside the person I love, looking out across a body of water. Here they spoke loud and clear ‘I just saw a shooting star in the water's reflection.’ I held my heart steady as my wishes were heard. So, I created Twilight Dreamer, as an ode to love and as an honour to our wishes that dance across the sky.
